Whether it’s a small management support role or a comprehensive turnkey design build, our Project Managers represent the interests of our clients as strategic business partners. They lead teams in preparing design packages, calculations, and schedules. 

They also handle all engineering documentation, including installation and equipment specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), and as-built drawings, technical and maintenance manuals, and final documentation

 Our project team includes a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, and full support staff accounting for all project details. The Project Administrator verifies all the terms and conditions of contracts to ensure they are compliant with the standards necessary to mitigate client risk, including safety, non-disclosure, insurance, licensing, permits, and budget.

The Project Coordinator collects and tracks project progress through milestones from contract execution to final approval. No matter what, our team keeps documents in order, budgets in line, and tasks on schedule. 

Led by our Project Managers, CSMI provides construction management support services. We manage the complete process of new construction, handling the design and planning stages; procurement, demolition; installation and final commission. We engage and coordinate all necessary trades – structural, mechanical, electrical, utility, etc. – issuing bid packages and finalizing acceptance. Throughout this process, CSMI designs and/or sources OEM equipment directly from the manufacturer and directs them to the appropriate contracts. 

Asset management provides assurance that your valuable assets are protected, maintained, tracked and updated in an efficient and cost-effective manner. CSMI offers Asset Management for: 

• Hardware and spare parts tracking and inventory management 
• Software tracking, scheduling, and storage of backups
• CAD drawings/schematics libraries 
• Maintenance/Sanitation scheduling, tracking and management
